Voice Memos is a voice-to-email gateway. Simply put, it is
someplace to call to record your message which is then always sent to
the same email address. This, coupled with a speed dial number on
a cell phone makes for a potentent tool! This simple function is
insanely useful, just ask Marshall. He created this service after
getting 'hooked' on it, and continued using it for the last couple
years. He enjoys the productivity enhancement it brings when
you quit losing those 'great ideas', reminder items, and other
detailed items that pop in your head, while out in the field, on the
road, etc. Here are just a few example uses:
- Use
one as a personal notepad so that you can capture those great ideas at
inopportune times! Capture reminders, commitments, and contact
information for later processing!
- Dedicate a number to your bookkeeper and record all your expenses on the road with a simple call!
- Record
notes, or other information, that goes to a secretary / employee /
helper, for capture into various business computers or software.
- You, or others, call your MVM phone # and extension.
- The caller records a message
- The caller can hang up, or press # to review or re-record their message.
- The voice recording is sent to the email addresses you linked to your MVM account.
